The PBCOM Signature Trust Fund is a Peso-denominated money market fund suited for investors who have a conservative risk profile and seek safe and liquid investments with expected returns that better savings and time deposits. This Fund is for the investor who prefers a short term investment time horizon of one year or below.
Investments will primarily be in various short-term fixed income instruments (Retail Treasury Bonds/Time Deposits/Special Deposit Account), with an average portfolio duration of less than one year.

The PBCOM The Value Equity Fund is a Peso-denominated equity fund suited for investors with an aggressive risk profile and seek potentially higher returns through stock market investments. This is for investors with medium to long term horizons of three to five years. Investments will be in selected shares of stock (minimum of 80% of investment volume) and fixed income securities (Retail Treasury Bonds/Time Deposits/Special Deposit Account/Bonds/Notes) with an average portfolio duration of more than one year. Given the volatility of the local equities market, investors are exposed to the possibility of capital losses.

Living Trust

A Living Trust is an agreement where a Trustee holds the legal possession of funds or assets that belong to another person (Beneficiary), which is created while the Trustor/client is alive. PBCOM acts as Trustee to create in favor of the client�s assigned beneficiaries a trust while managing their investments.

Escrow Agency Services

An Escrow is an arrangement wherein two or more persons and/or corporations deposit money, securities, instruments or certain properties with a third party called the Escrow Agent, to be delivered upon a certain contingency or occurrence of an event. PBCOM, as Escrow Agent, acts as an impartial depository to protect the interest of parties to the Escrow Agreement.
