After several months of preparation, Quirino Branch finally formalized their checkwriting arrangement with their top client, Ricardo Limso Medical Center.
Limso is one of the major hospitals in Davao City. It started banking with Quirino Branch in June 2000.
Limso expressed their relief now that they are using the facility. Monthly, they issue an average of 150 checks. Prior to their availment of the Bank's checkwriting services, they would prepare each of their checks manually. Now, they simply have to send a file of their payables via diskette to the branch. Then, the latter prints the checks in continuous form by uploading the diskette file to the checkwriting program. Printing of checks and vouchers takes only a few seconds. All it takes is just a push of a button!
