At this day and age when people want everything instant, and everything convenient, we often wonder why there are still a lot of people who do not want to do online banking. Even during the time of lockdowns and travel restrictions, you will still see a lot of people lining up in bank branches just to do their transactions. We can’t help but think: what are the top reasons why people don’t want to bank online?
