In accordance with the BSP Memorandum No. M-2020-074 to comply with the R.A. No. 11494 “Bayanihan to Recover as One Act”, accounts with existing, current and outstanding loans as of September 15, 2020 are qualified to avail of the one-time 60-day mandatory grace period.

This is to request the qualified borrowers to inform us through any of the contact channels below if they will not avail of the grace period for installments falling due between September 15, 2020 and December 31, 2020. No accrued interest will be charged if they decide not to avail the one time 60-day mandatory grace period provided that payments are paid as scheduled.

Corresponding SMS messages and emails were sent to the respective borrowers. If we do not receive any instruction by October 31, 2020, then we shall treat this as confirmation that you are availing of the grace period under the “Bayanihan to Recover as One Act”. Accrued interest will be charged if availed and will be collected in full on the next installment due date after the said payment holiday.
